ONE&ONLY OCEAN CLUB
A JAMES BOND MOMENT
On port to the Bahamas, we secured a car to explore Nassau and cross the bridge to the indulgent Paradise Island. One of the most recognised hotels is the extravagant Atlantis resort, however our first stop was the One&Only Ocean Club that was filmed in Casino Royale. The Ocean Club is elite and you have to announce yourselves at the gate before proceeding to guest parking where Bond made his grand entrance triggering the car alarms.
With classic British colonial influences, the resort is complimented by an island landscape including an impeccable beach and azure ocean. You can rest on the porch of the Reception and Library and feel transported back in time with the distinct colonial charm. The Crescent and Hartford Wings as well as Bond’s Villa featured in the movie, all include rooms with ocean views. At the Dune Restaurant you can relax and take in the flawless view of the Caribbean over a light lunch with the ocean breeze flowing through. For your James Bond moment, a stay at the One&Only Ocean Club should be on the cards.
