ZERMATTERHOF
LUNCH WITH A VIEW AT THE GRAND HOTEL ZERMATTERHOF
On a day trip to the picturesque Swiss town of Zermatt, it wasn’t hard to resist a light lunch at the five star Grand Hotel Zermatterhof with the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. During our visit, we were lucky enough to have minimal cloud surround the mountain and to enhance that unobstructed view, Zermatt’s mode of public transportation must be eco friendly and there are no private cars allowed. We enjoyed the beautiful Autumn weather and outdoor view at restaurant Lusi, whilst savouring a pumpkin and pistachio soup. If you are planning to stay longer in this beautiful town, the Zermatterhof would be a luxurious choice and the vista is worth every cent.
